Jayavardhan Dhar Diwan is a seasoned organizational leader and board director with a proven track record

of delivering results. J.D Diwan’s expertise extends across a spectrum of financial services covering various geographies and asset classes, including deal structuring, M&As, capital raising, financial advisory and distress investing.

He is the Managing Partner/Advisor to Odyssey India Advisory Private Limited for New York/Mumbai, focused on convertible Bond and special situations.

J.D Diwan has worked in finance for over three decades and has held leadership roles with some prominent names in the industry - as Executive Director at KBC Financial Product based out of New York covering global convertible bonds, distressed companies and special situations. Prior to that he was the Vice President at D.E Shaw in New York and Vice President for W I Carr in Mumbai and New York.

J.D Diwan holds a degree in BE (Metallurgy) from IIT Roorkee and has completed his MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research.

AK started her consulting journey at a big four consulting firm, thereafter running her own advisory setup.

Her journey has taken her across diverse industries and geographies, shaping her into a versatile leader in the world of business development. AK builds on her experience in social impact and finance with a real grasp of the challenges to set up successful commercial partnerships. She has previously led teams for business development, consulting and growth advisory services to corporates and non-profit organizations across Asia and North America.

Growing up in a sports passionate family, it was almost impossible for AK not to be inspired by elite sports early on - whether it was a game of Cricket, Tennis match or the Formula1 grand prix, the shared excitement cemented her passion and enthusiasm for it. AK is a powerful advocate for sports and believes in the transformational effect it can have on people's lives, while championing equality and sustainability.

Building on her advisory and impact experience, AK leads the strategic partnerships at LSC, contributing to both environmental stewardship and the bottom line. She ensures the successful integration of brands and LSC ventures.

AK holds a degree of Masters in Finance from Lancaster University,U.K and a Bachelors in Business Administration from India along with a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Toronto.

Sayan Mukherjee is a seasoned business leader with a focus on disruptive technologies in sports and digital assets.

He currently serves as the Chief Business Officer of League Sports Co. (LSC), where he is pioneering advancements in sports entertainment through machine learning and immersive fan engagement technologies. Concurrently, he also looks over Zone, a portfolio brand under LSC, where for nearly three years he has led product development, strategy, and operations, transforming casual gamers into global champions.

Before his current roles, Sayan spent close to three years at Qume, leading the business strategy, analytics, and growth divisions. He was instrumental in exploring new financial product categories and establishing key partnerships in the digital asset and blockchain space. His responsibilities also included driving user growth through various marketing channels and product integrations, as well as leading market research and analytics teams focused on global market entry and financial feasibility.

Rita Pani has been a career Investment Banker across international markets and has worked on global platforms

in New York and Mumbai. She spent almost 20 years advising global institutional investors on their investments in Europe and India across global platforms like UBS, Macquarie, Credit Lyonnais and ABN Amro - last as an Executive Director at UBS.

Over the last decade, Rita’s professional journey took a transformative turn as she transitioned from the fast-paced world of investment banking to the dynamic realm of social impact and sustainability. This move reflects her deep-rooted commitment to addressing pressing global challenges and making a meaningful difference in the world. The realization that her financial acumen and strategic insights could be powerful catalysts for positive change defined her new goal - to influence investment philosophies that will lead to better outcomes and impact. She is creating a proprietary ESG framework for Indian public-listed companies aligned with global disclosure standards. Rita’s journey from the wall street to social impact reflects a profound commitment to harnessing the power of finance for the betterment of our society.

Rita has also served as an adjunct faculty at SP Jain Institute of Management and Research and as a Senior Advisor - Strategy and Finance for Antarang Foundation. She also serves as Independent Director on Boards and actively mentors startups.

Rita is a trained Chemical Engineer, with MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, and MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business.

James is the Co-Founder of Iron Flag LLC - a multi family office with a record of sports investments at league levels.

Additionally, Iron Flag LLC has created opportunities in Healthcare and Real Estate development. Iron Flag LLC is strongly rooted in building communities and consensus in dynamic political environments.

Prior to his work in founding Iron Flag LLC, James founded and operated Cassia Group; an independent and privately-held group of companies that sources, facilitates, develops, and operates new industrial ventures worldwide.

Arvind Vij is a highly accomplished global lawyer with extensive international legal experience in the areas of corporate,

commercial, project finance, private equity, securities, offshoring/outsourcing, governance, operations and legal entity management in varied industries as an in-house lawyer and in private practice. He is qualified to practice law in England and Wales (Barrister-at-Law), Singapore (Advocate & Solicitor) and New York (Attorney-at-Law).

Arvind was with JPMorgan Chase for 15 years in Singapore, Mumbai and New York and held a variety of roles including General Counsel (Offshoring & Outsourcing concurrently Global Head of Legal Entity Management. Prior to JP Morgan, Arvind was in private practice in Singapore with Drew & Napier and in New York with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman. Arvind is now engaged in General Counsel consulting, is founder of Illuminati, a new age legal solutions company, engages in private financings and manages a portfolio of companies.

Shreyas has 22 years of experience trading derivatives at sell side institutions such as Deutsche Bank and Nomura Securities

as well as on the buy side at Arrowhawk Capital Partners. He has traded all forms of exotic and vanilla derivatives over his career through many market regimes including through the financial crisis with nine figure profits. He has 5 years of trading options, futures and arbitrage in crypto specifically and is well versed with both CeFi and DeFi protocols. He has currently built all our in-house systems with the help of talented programmers as well as his network of colleagues over the years running various vendor systems. This enables him to achieve the same level of control and transparency as his traditional finance experience to differentiate from pure crypto native management.
